Oh what a sad event, with the Trolley Square shooting yesterday which left 6 people dead, with 4 others fighting for life. And to find out it was a refuge, from Bosnia, with no known motive, makes it all the worse. Flags, by decree, should be at half staff, at least until the weekend.
